Technical Product/Program Manager

Our team supports every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from developing detailed roadmaps and resolving complex software challenges to ensuring quick time-to-market and optimized ROI.

• Identify opportunities across multiple product lines and business units
• Shape new product initiatives together with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
• Build business cases and help secure organizational funding for strategic initiatives
• Translate business needs into product initiatives and actionable roadmaps
• Continuously evaluate priorities based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility

• Build alignment across engineering, product, leadership, and business teams
• Present new initiatives and product concepts to senior stakeholders
• Drive adoption of new solutions across the organization
• Navigate conflicting priorities and facilitate decision-making without direct authority
• Act as a trusted advisor between technical and business teams

• Coordinate delivery across multiple product teams (~20+ engineers)
• Drive integration working groups and manage cross-team dependencies
• Own release planning, scope management, timelines, and go/no-go readiness
• Remove delivery blockers by coordinating engineers, architects, and product teams
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives throughout execution

• Maintain delivery dashboards and executive reporting
• Monitor program risks and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Balance Agile delivery with enterprise planning, budgeting, and governance
• Support strategic planning and roadmap reviews with Product Leadership

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Software Delivery
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and drive initiatives from concept to delivery
• Experience building business cases and supporting investment or funding decisions
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive leadership
• Experience balancing Agile product development with enterprise planning and budgeting
• Comfortable reading technical specifications and working directly with architects and engineering leads
• Experience with SaaS platforms and release management
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product strategy and business outcomes

• Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments
• Background in Product Management or Product Ownership
• Experience with platform products or multi-product ecosystems
• Experience working as an external consultant within large enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with portfolio management and product funding processes

Reports directly to the Head of Product and works closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Executive Leadership across the organization.

Within your first year, you will have:

• Successfully led multiple cross-product initiatives from idea to delivery
• Built organizational support for new strategic initiatives
• Helped secure funding for high-impact product investments
