Engineer Structural: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis, or a master’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil) with no experience required.

Principal Engineer Structural: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis; a master’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil) with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD with no prior experience required.

Experience in bonded composite OR metallic structural analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.

Proficiency in structural analysis methods and documentation, including hand-sheet analysis and large Finite Element Model manipulation.

Familiarity with the structural application of Finite Element Methodologies.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance; clearance not required to start employment.

Must have the ability to obtain any Program Special access required within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Requirements

Experience working on military aircraft.
Knowledge of MIL-STD regulations as they pertain to aerospace structures.
Experience presenting technical topics and interfacing directly with the customer.
