Job Description

Under direct supervision of more senior level Engineers:

• →Contributes to design of rotating electrical equipment using various LSNA design programs.
• →Performs/directs activities to ensure that manufacturing and operational testing conform to internal and external customer specifications
• →Provides direct technical support to internal and external customers
• →Mentor and train co-workers as required
• →Prescribe, interpret, and analyze test results and formulate remedial measures as required
• →Uses Lean and Quality initiatives in a cross functional environment
• →Supporting applicable manufacturing and testing system
• →Utilizes current ERP/PLM systems to make necessary and applicable updates to internal processes and design guidelines

• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of electrical power fundamentals, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and oral communication skills. 
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar technical science field) required.
