Position Summary

We’re seeking a dependable and driven Shipping, Receiving & Production Assistant to support both our logistics and production operations. With frequent incoming and outgoing shipments and a busy loading dock, this is a key role in ensuring that materials flow smoothly and production stays on track.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of warehouse experience, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. If you’re certified to operate a forklift and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Support

• Load and unload incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
• Organize and stage materials efficiently in limited warehouse space
• Maintain inventory records and assist with tracking and documentation

Production Support

• Assist production teams by staging raw materials, dry goods, and packaging components
• Support with end-of-line materials handling and organization
• Pitch in on daily production activities and cleanup as needed

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and leadership teams
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment
• Follow company procedures and help enforce safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Prior work in a brewery, distillery, winery, or food/beverage setting is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and in-house apps for tracking and documentation
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and with a team
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
