Commercial Lines Business Process Operations Specialist II - Hybrid

Over the last five years, NJM has focused on a strategic plan that calls for it to become a regional property & casualty insurer and has transitioned away from its affinity-based membership model. To that end, the Company has added an independent agency model for small, middle and large market segments and has more than doubled its product offerings. NJM now offers its various products to businesses across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware, and Connecticut.

NJM’s Commercial Lines department conducts business for policyholders and preferred agencies within the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically NJ, PA, NY, MD, DE, CT. Products include Commercial Auto, G/L, Workers Comp, BOP, Excess/Umbrella, and Package. The Commercial Lines function encompasses Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Premium Audit, Product Management, Product Development, Loss Prevention and Business Process Operations.

The Commercial Lines Business Process Operations team is dedicated to enhancing operations efficiency and driving continuous improvement within our organization, They also strive to turn strategy into execution and delivery of valuable business solutions for the continued benefit of policyholders and employees in line with our Strategic Plan and in accordance with our corporate Mission, Vision, and Values.

Commercial Lines is seeking a Business Process Operations Analyst II, Official NJM Title. .  This role is responsible for supporting strategic business initiatives, managing, and optimizing business processes, and ensuring the effective operationalization of new processes and technology solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business users, solution owners, and technology teams, facilitating change, driving process improvements, and supporting both technology and non-technology operations.

• →Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• →Property & Casualty Insurance experience preferred.
• →Ability to learn quickly in a demanding environment and adapt to change.
• →Passion to challenge the current state and embrace change.
• →Knowledge of Insurance products and certifications from The Institutes is a plus.
