Full Stack Developer

Our client is a decentralized, multi-chain structured-products protocol focused on developing next-generation RFQ architecture to power a wide range of options products across multiple protocols. They are committed to delivering secure, scalable, and innovative DeFi solutions, leveraging AI-driven tooling to enhance user strategies and experiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with AI capabilities to lead the development and scaling of our protocol UI/UX, APIs, vault mechanics, and AI-powered features. This role combines full-stack engineering with AI integration, focusing on building intelligent dashboards, predictive risk models, and smart automation to enhance user yield strategies.

  Design and implement front-end components (React, TypeScript) and back-end systems (Node.js, Python, Go), including vault logic, API endpoints, and integrations with lending and AMM protocols.

  Architect and deploy AI features such as predictive analytics, risk signal models, and recommender systems to inform vault strategies and user decisions.

  Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, engaging experiences for DeFi users.

  Ensure secure development practices for smart contract interactions, vault mechanics, and chain interoperability.

  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and DevOps workflows for seamless deployment.

  Monitor, debug, and optimize protocol performance and reliability.

  Stay up to date with AI frameworks, tools, and DeFi best practices to continuously enhance the tech stack and user impact.

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  3+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue) and back-end stacks (Node.js, Python, Go).

  Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM integrations).

  Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, including vaults, AMMs, lending protocols, and smart contract integration.

  Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

  Working knowledge of blockchain networks, Web3 libraries, and security best practices.

• Proven experience building intelligent dashboards or ML-backed financial systems.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or integrating AI agents via protocols like MCP.

• Prior experience shipping production-grade DeFi UIs or smart contract front-ends.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices for financial protocols.
