We combine world-class research with top notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems
Work on robotized cells end-to-end from electric connections to integrating hardware components (mechanical parts, electrical & pneumatic components, actuators, electronics, safety)
Help with designing integration of Nomagic robots into customer production lines.
Keep our documentation (PLC Code, electric schematics) up to date and in well shape
Deliver robots to customers with end-to-end integration: hands-on at customer sites and with the team and contractors
Debug problems, perform maintenance and service activities on our robots and equipment on customer’s sites
Work hand in hand with software engineers to make sure that hardware and software integrate well
Create PLC programs
Design and program safety systems
Design and build simple prototypes for our robotic solutions,
Order parts & components required to build Nomagic robots
Experience in building automation systems and integrating them into robotized cells or production lines including designing, building and testing control systems.
Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming using Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC Unified. Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT is a plus
Knowledge of TIA Portal Openness and Ignition HMI (Inductive Automation) is a plus
Process simulation experience and good knowledge of Siemens environment in terms of modularization and revisioning of work is strong plus
Knowledge of automation components - market solutions and current tech trends from leading suppliers (sensors, actuators, controllers, ..), and communication protocols
Hands-on experience with EPLAN is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and drive to deliver great products at tight timelines. Experience end-to-end project management is a strong plus
Track record of working with industrial robots ABB is a plus
Experience in maintenance or service team is a plus
Speed and efficiency in communicating with internal and external partners within cross-functional teams
Ability to travel up to 20% of time to customer sites
Engineering degree (Automation, Robotics or Electronics preferably)
Excellent communication skills in English. French and/or German is a plus
