Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years' experience in financial management and analysis including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinker with the ability to logically evaluate all aspects of situations and problems to arrive at optimal solutions
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find collaborative and positive outcomes
High degree of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, energy and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to travel up to 25%, typically within assigned region
