About the Role
~1 min readNorthspyre is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Field Marketing & Special Projects Manager to lead our field marketing and events program.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of programs designed to build relationships, strengthen our presence in the market, and generate meaningful pipeline. Your portfolio will include industry events, executive dinners, customer programs, trade shows, webinars, sponsorships, regional activations, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond event logistics. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and company leadership to develop experiences and programs tied to clear commercial goals.
Responsibilities

- →Own Northspyre’s annual field marketing and events strategy, calendar, roadmap, and budget.
- →Plan and execute industry events, executive dinners, customer gatherings, webinars, trade shows, conferences, and regional activations.
- →Evaluate conferences and sponsorship opportunities based on audience, strategic fit, cost, meeting potential, and expected pipeline impact.
- →Manage vendors, venues, contracts, production timelines, invitations, travel logistics, run-of-show planning, and on-site execution.
- →Build clear goals and measurement plans for each program, then use performance data to inform future investments.
Account-Based Marketing
- →Partner with Enterprise Business Development and Sales to identify priority accounts, key stakeholders, and opportunities for targeted engagement.
- →Develop high-touch ABM programs, including targeted mailers, gifting, office activations, lunch-and-learns, private webinars, and other account-specific experiences.
- →Coordinate messaging and touchpoints across teams to create a cohesive experience for target accounts.
Brand & Content
- →Represent Northspyre at industry events and customer-facing programs.
- →Build relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and other members of the commercial real estate community.
- →Partner with Content Marketing to turn field insights into event recaps, social content, customer stories, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Reporting & Commercial Impact
- →Track the impact of field marketing programs across meetings, sales-qualified leads, opportunity progression, pipeline, and influenced revenue.
- →Establish consistent reporting across event attendance, target-account participation, lead quality, meetings, follow-up, and commercial outcomes.
- →Use performance data to guide audience selection, event formats, sponsorship decisions, budget allocation, and follow-up strategy.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B function.
- Experience owning programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple programs, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing programs support pipeline, sales cycles, and account engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence representing a company externally.
- Comfort working with senior leaders and managing high-visibility programs.
- Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically about priorities and investment.
- Willingness to travel for events, conferences, customer programs, and other field initiatives as needed.
