About the Role

~1 min read

Northspyre is seeking an organized, resourceful, and energetic People Operations & Culture Specialist to support our people operations and make our Atlanta office an engaging, welcoming, and enjoyable place to work.

This person will combine strong operational judgment with a hospitality mindset. They will manage employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, office operations, and systems access while creating thoughtful experiences that help teammates feel connected, supported, and excited to come into the office.

The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. This is an individual-contributor role — you'll own this function end-to-end rather than manage a team.
