QA Engineer 2 - Manual

The Software QA Engineer is responsible for improving the quality, reliability and efficiency of the Loading Tool application platform through hands-on manual testing. The role works closely with Product, Business Analysis and Engineering teams to validate requirements, execute functional, regression and exploratory testing, manage defects and support high-quality releases within an Agile delivery environment.

• →Review and analyze business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness and testability.
• →Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify gaps and support successful delivery outcomes.
• →Perform hands-on functional, regression and exploratory testing to validate new features, enhancements and defect fixes.
• →Prepare and manage test data to support a wide range of business and system scenarios.
• →Record, triage and manage defects with clear supporting evidence, including reproduction steps, expected results and actual results.
• →Support release readiness activities by ensuring manual test coverage is aligned with delivery priorities.
• →Deliver QA activities within sprint plans, contributing to sprint goals and overall delivery milestones.
• →Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide clear, timely updates on testing progress, risks and quality outcomes.
