Technical Operations Coordinator (AU Client - Remote)
Quick Summary

You will be required to assist in all aspects of project coordination, technical support, onboarding, and operational delivery, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing the day-to-day coordination and support of multiple projects, including onboarding activities, stakeholder communication, task management, workflow coordination, and ensuring projects continue progressing efficiently across client operations.
This will require you to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, technical staff, and clients, coordinate project activities, compile and organise project information, track deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and supporting process improvements across various projects.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure project deliverables are progressing smoothly.
- Compile project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-ups to ensure project momentum is maintained.
- Act as a central coordination point between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Assist in managing onboarding tasks for clients, systems, users, and operational processes.
- Support workflow management and ensure project tasks are prioritised appropriately.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Assist with identifying process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure projects remain aligned and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and CRM/project management systems.
- Support administrative and technical coordination requirements across ongoing projects.
- Assist with troubleshooting coordination issues, project blockers, and operational challenges.
- Utilise collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion).
- Use workflow and task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp) to manage workload effectively.
Requirements
~1 min read- A degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, Client Success, Technical Administration, or similar roles.
- Technical background or experience working within IT, SaaS, systems, digital, or technical environments is preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and operational activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow coordination, onboarding processes, and project delivery support.
- Experience working with CRMs, documentation systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work proactively and keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with international clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
