• →3+ years of field sales or direct marketing experience.
• →2+ years of sales team management.
• →Proven record leading successful, high-output teams.
• →Strong knowledge of territory management and CRM systems.
• →Excellent skills in training, coaching, and team development.
• →Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Background in sales training and development.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with Tucson/Southern Arizona market.

• Work Schedule: Full-time with flexibility for field team support.
