• →Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated academic or practical exposure to financial operations.

• →3-5 years of financial analysis or management experience.
• →Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and process implementation.
• →Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• →Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• →Track record of building financial processes from scratch.
• →Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in construction, contracting, or project-based industries.
• Knowledge of job costing, project accounting, and industry KPIs.
• Experience leading accounting software implementations and process improvement projects.
