• →3+ years of insurance claims experience in roofing, restoration, or construction.
• →Proven hands-on experience with Xactimate for claims estimating.
• →Strong knowledge of insurance claims process, documentation, and negotiation. .
• →Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• →Proficiency in claims management or CRM systems.

• Xactimate Level 2 Certification or mastery.
• Experience managing claims for commercial projects or large-loss restoration.
• Existing relationships or insights into major carriers’ processes.
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
