Program Manager, ISV Ecosystem

• →Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies
• →Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization
• →Leverage  AI  to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness 
• →Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta
• →Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability
• →Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience
• Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervision
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• High EQ and IQ. Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.
• High ethical standards and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programs
• Direct GTM or Product Operations experience
• Deep knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape
• STEM or business-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business)
