Senior Project Manager – Azure Data Platform

• →End-to-end programme delivery on Azure modern data platform initiatives (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Microsoft Fabric)
• →Programme governance design and operation — RAID logs, dependency mapping, steering committee reporting, milestone tracking and risk escalation
• →Cross-team coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, resolving dependency conflicts before they become blockers
• →Stakeholder management up to C-level and VP-level sponsors, including steering committee facilitation
• →Vendor governance — contract oversight, SLA enforcement, performance management and formal escalation where required
• →Scope management — formal change control, de-scope decisions with impact analysis, Phase 2 planning
• →Programme reporting — executive dashboards, RAG status, milestone forecasting and board-level communication

• Demonstrable senior delivery experience on Azure modern data platform programmes in production environments
• Proven track record leading programme governance — not just running Agile ceremonies
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies across three or more concurrent workstreams
• Hands-on with Jira Advanced Roadmaps or equivalent enterprise programme tooling
• Strong stakeholder management experience at C-suite and VP level
• Telecom, fintech or large enterprise background preferred
• Egypt-based (Cairo preferred)

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme delivery certification
• SAFe, PMI-ACP or relevant Agile at scale certification
