DevOps Engineer II

• →Maintain highly available AWS-based infrastructure for global video and related services.
• →Provide recommendations for platform scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• →Optimize CI/CD pipelines that deliver releases faster and more reliably.
• →Automate environment provisioning, system updates, and security patch workflows.
• →Collaborate with developers to containerize workloads and streamline service deployments.
• →Partner with the SRE team on advanced monitoring and alerting systems and to define and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs) and ensure they are met consistently.
• →Utilize infrastructure patterns with security, scalability, and compliance in mind, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and future certification readiness.
• →Assist in production deployments ensuring consistent adherence to compliance and operational procedures.
• →Diagnose live production issues, identify root causes, and ship fixes.
• →Assist with cloud cost optimization by refining resource allocation and scaling strategies.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of DevOps or related experience.
• Strong AWS knowledge, including scaling, networking, security, and automation.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).
• Experience with CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting production systems under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
