Assists with other duties in the warehouse. Regional and local travel up to 50%
This position will be responsible for the movement of product between facilities, as well as possible deliveries to local customers. This position will also assist in the warehouse, which would include loading and unloading trucks, as well as moving product throughout the facility.
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures and security procedures while loading, unloading and driving the truck.
- Unloads and loads trucks including but not limited to pallets and boxes.
- Follows all city, county, state and federal guidelines and laws for inter-commerce transportation.
- Performs daily trip and post trip inspections, conforming to DOT requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining truck maintenance (third party and internal), cleanliness of the truck and is required to immediately report to the Supervisor, through verbal and written means, any issues or malfunctions concerning the truck.
- Provides impeccable service while delivering product to the customer.
- Responsible for general routine and preventative maintenance duties

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level to facilitate understanding the terminology of the job. - Beginner

- Have basic math and mechanical skills. - Beginner
- Ability to operate forklift and pallet movers. - Beginner
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to operate a Forklift
- CDL Class B drivers license-Upon Hire-Required
- CDL Class A drivers license - Preferred
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.50 to $27.50 per hour. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months.
