Sr. District Manager

Job Description

带领团队与零售战略客户深度合作，完成年度销售目标；
- 建立并维护与客户高层（采购、运营、新零售部门）的长期合作关系，挖掘客户潜在需求；
- 定期分析客户业务数据，制定个性化合作方案（如品类规划、动销策略、联合营销等）；

- 主导年度合作的谈判与签订；

- 推动客户与公司市场、渠道部门的协作，落地联合专项活动等；
- 协调内外部资源，与经销商协作，解决客户在订单、物流、结算等环节的问题；

- 监测客户的销售表现，定期输出分析报告并优化合作策略。

- 指导PSR客户管理，梳理制定PER管理工具，针对片区、分部、加盟店优化管理。
