We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team in St Paul's Bay and help maintain the high standards of our property. The ideal candidate will be proactive in ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning smoothly to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks across the hotel premises, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize guest disruption

Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential problems before they arise

Assist with the installation, repair, and upkeep of hotel fixtures and appliances
→
Maintain and operate hand and power tools safely and responsibly
→
Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance work
→
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used
→
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Support the preparation and maintenance of common areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities
