✓Independently manage SAP PP, QM, and PM functional activities across projects, enhancements, and support.

✓Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.

✓Handle production support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.

✓Provide multiple solution options and recommend the best-fit approach based on business needs and SAP standards.

✓Configure and support SAP PP, QM, and PM processes in complex and customized environments.

✓Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

✓Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

✓Ensure smooth integration with cross-functional teams and systems.

✓Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with operational needs.

✓Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

✓Assist in user training and knowledge transfer activities.

✓Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

✓Contribute to solution design discussions and workshops.

✓Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems as required.

✓Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

✓10+ years of SAP PP/QM/PM functional experience.

✓Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is required.

✓Experience in complex and highly customized SAP environments.

✓SAP S/4HANA and ECC experience is preferred.

✓Strong expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.

✓Experience in end-to-end project implementation and production support.

✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✓Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✓Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO standards) is preferred.

✓Exposure to integration with MM, EWM/WM, SD, and MES systems is an added advantage.

✓SAP PP/QM/PM certification preferred.

✓Training or exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

✓Industry-specific training in regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
