As the Senior Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless operation of the OneERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) across Group Functions. Your expertise in program management and Finance processes will be pivotal in this role, as you navigate complex projects and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery and governance of the OneERP landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of Finance processes, including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing.
• Act as the primary point of contact and key interface between DTICI (India), DTAG (Germany), and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the OneERP landscape, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a high level of data integrity and security.
• Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical leads, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems, Finance processes, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
• Own the end-to-end performance management cycle for the OneERP team, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvement plans where required
• • Own and manage the annual budget for OneERP operations, including Run & Maintenance and RMT delivery
  • Plan and track OPEX/CAPEX, ensuring adherence to approved financial targets

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong background in Finance and ERP systems.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes, including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global, matrix-structured organization, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or other leading ERP systems, with a solid understanding of their architecture and functionality.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role and project demands.
