We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

• Property accounting agenda
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Invoice verification, invoice processing, and invoicing
• Balance and account reconciliation
• Tenant account management
• Dunning and collection processes
• Preparation of the annual service charge statement in collaboration with property managers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support for audits and year-end financial reviews

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or completed training in accounting, preferably with further education as a certified accountant
• Solid professional experience in property accounting for commercial real estate
• Experience with real estate ERP systems – preferably Yardi
• Strong numerical affinity and independent working style
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Language skills: German (native or billingual) & English (professional working knowledge)
