Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea Department: MRO | Engineering PNG Air is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join its Engineering Maintenance Team in Port Moresby. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and certifying aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with approved manuals, company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure safety and environmental requirements are followed and equipment is properly maintained. Complete all required company documentation relating to assigned maintenance work. Provide on-the-job technical training to new or less experienced employees when required. Support aircraft maintenance practices, company policies and safety procedures. Must have completed applicable regulatory training to ICAO Standards – EASA and CASA PNG. Must have completed an aircraft maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent Certificate IV, including recognised military or commercial training. ATR/DHC8 Aircraft Type Training – minimum Level 3.
