Civil Supervisor

Job Purpose Front-line execution of earthworks, concrete, structural and road-works packages. Key Responsibilities • Daily resource and equipment deployment; conduct toolbox talks and permit-to-work issuance. • Ensure quality and HSE compliance at workface. • Progress reporting against the look-ahead schedule. • Mentor and supervise PNG national workforce, including trainees and apprentices. • Support engineers with site engineering tasks and quality checks. Requirements Qualifications • Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or trade-qualified with extensive supervisory experience. Experience • 7+ years on mining or major civil / EPC sites. • Supervised crews of 20+ personnel.
