HVAC BMS Personnel

System Monitoring & Control Operate and monitor HVAC systems through the Building Management System (BMS). Adjust setpoints, schedules, and parameters to optimize performance. Identify and troubleshoot alarms, faults, and irregularities in the system. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine checks on HVAC equipment integrated with BMS (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.). Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensors, controllers, and communication networks. Coordinate with HVAC technicians and electricians for corrective actions. Data & Reporting Collect and analyze system data (energy consumption, temperature trends, equipment performance). Generate reports for management on efficiency, downtime, and maintenance activities. Recommend improvements for energy savings and system reliability. Compliance & Safety Ensure BMS operations comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and maintenance logs. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with BMS. Familiarity with control systems (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.). Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and BMS schematics. Proficiency in using BMS software platforms and diagnostic tools. Analytical skills for energy management and performance optimization. Education & Certifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Specialized training in BMS operations and HVAC controls. Certifications in energy management or automation systems. OSHA or equivalent safety training Requirements Building Management Systems specialists
