TM Plumber

Job Purpose: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Plumber to install, maintain, and repair water and drainage systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant plumbing codes and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (e.g., water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances). Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to plan layout of plumbing systems. Diagnose issues in plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions. Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters. Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local plumbing codes. Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns. Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid and current Plumber’s License Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent qualification. Minimum of [2–5] years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment or working in confined spaces. Good communication and teamwork skills.
