Knowledge Management, Archiving, and Documentation: Oversee Documentation Processes: Support and oversee all project documentation efforts, ensuring that all aspects of the GHSC-PSM implementation process are systematically and adequately documented. Manage Knowledge Archives: Establish, maintain, and manage a centralized knowledge management system (e.g., SharePoint), including a classification system for all GHSC-PSM documents. Ensure archives are accessible, up-to-date, and vital documents are preserved. Implement Document Management Policies: Contribute to the development and support the implementation of the project's document management policy, including the collection, conservation, processing, and communication of archives. Provide Information Services: Serve as a key resource for project personnel, providing reference and information services on internal documents and archives, and responding effectively to user requests. Contribute to Report Preparation: Support the preparation, compilation, completion, and distribution of high-quality performance and technical reports (e.g., technical briefs, success stories) for internal and external stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Harness Lessons for Communication: Support efforts to harness project experiences, lessons learned, and successes into compelling communication products. D.
