Senior Automation Engineer - North

Contribute to automation infrastructure design and ongoing development.

Contribute to overall system design and architecture.

Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring immediate feedback on code quality and stability.

Perform hands-on work in a lab environment across different test setups.

Work closely with R&D teams to understand system architecture, design, and functionality.

Collaborate with remote teams across international offices.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Proven experience using AI tools for automation development and planning.

Solid understanding of Python.

Experience working with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Pytest, or similar.

Ability to write simple scripts using Python, Shell, or similar languages.

Strong verbal and written English skills.

Self-motivated learner with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Linux.

Basic knowledge of networking.

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Jenkins and Groovy.

Prior experience working in a lab environment.

Telecommunications experience.
