Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on technical projects involving 4G, 5G, OpenRAN, and other radio communication technologies.
Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.
Manage cross-functional teams to drive delivery of products and technical solutions to meet end-user requirements.
Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.
Collaborate with Customer teams to define and establish joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.
Drive business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations.
Implement project delivery governance, manage internal and external stakeholder communications, manage project documentation and reporting.
Lead internal projects to improve Parallel Wireless processes or technologies.
Extensive experience in project management and team leadership
Experience of running complex technology implementation programs
Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language, written or spoken
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Experience with UK Government project management - Advantage
Experience in the wireless communications field – Advantage
Knowledge of OpenRAN – Advantage
