3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation).
Proven ability to influence and mentor team members.
Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus).
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies.
Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc.
English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level.

Responsibilities

→Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services.
→Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
→Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation.
→Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery.
→Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers.
→Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams.
