Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C)

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland, in good standing

Moderate physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and floor-based engagement for play therapy. Ability to safely assist pediatric patients and interact actively within a clinic environment.

• 1+ years of clinical experience working with children and families in pediatric, outpatient, medical, or related settings
• Experience or training in play-based therapy, behavioral interventions, DIR/Floortime, and/or CBT-informed approaches
• Proficiency in pediatric biopsychosocial and functional assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• →Provide independent clinical services within Maryland licensure scope
• →Develop and implement individualized, functionally focused treatment plans
• →Deliver evidence-informed interventions to improve emotional regulation, safety, participation, and independence
• →Provide caregiver coaching and education
• →Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP team members to support integrated care plans
• →Participate in team meetings, care planning, and program development
• →Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners and the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics
