• Responsible for managing revenue of roughly $2.3M
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules.
• Manage labor hours, materials, and job costs to ensure profitability.
• Overseeing 10 employees (broken into 3 crew members).
• Lead, coach, and develop installation team members.
• Rotate between job sites to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractors.
• Proactively solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure clean, safe, professional jobsites that reflect the Limbachs brand.

• 3–5+ years of residential landscape or construction project management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a high-end landscape company.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and labor costs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience using landscape management tools such as LMN, Monday.com, and Slack.
