The Project Manager is responsible for the integration of Amazon and future Marketplaces into eCommerce and enhancement of operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities include maintaining business-as-usual (BAU) operations, delivering the full integration of Amazon within the businesses existing technology stack, and managing the implementation of new marketplace platforms to support business growth.
The Project Manager works with the eCommerce Manager to ensure that Amazon and any future Marketplace channels are performing at capacity and set up to scale, which includes account set-up and monitoring, inventory management optimisation, reporting and advertising optimisation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the ongoing management, integration, and optimisation of Amazon and marketplace platforms, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve system integration, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
- →Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies for marketplace initiatives.
- →Primary contact for requests and support from our external agency Vendor Central.
- →Coordinate with Planning team to maintain stock position and commitment percentages on Amazon and future Marketplaces.
- →Work with the design team on the delivery and enhancement of Amazon/ Marketplace deliverables (assets/copy etc)
- →Define the technical and operational requirements for new marketplace implementations and manage rollout activities in line with the marketplace expansion strategy and balancing business as usual priorities.
- →Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for marketplace operations.
- →Monitor marketplace performance and project outcomes, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations to support commercial growth.
- →Cross functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support initiatives such as drop ship selling.

- Experience managing eCommerce or digital projects, including system implementations, platform migrations and integrations.
- Implementation and optimisation of business systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Experience working with cross-functionally, including eCommerce, Planning, Business Solutions, Marketing, and external agencies to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including marketplace management, inventory processes, reporting, and digital advertising.
- Experience with CMS, CRM, or eCommerce platforms and integrations (e.g. NetSuite, Emarsys, Shopify, Celigo, marketplace integration tools, or similar systems).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing BAU priorities with strategic goals.
