Norwegian or Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist remote anywhere in Portugal: Start in July

Your Role
Provide customer support in Norwegian or Danish via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
Ensure clear and professional communication at all times

Your Qualifications
Native or fluent Norwegian or Danish (C1-C2 level)
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and ability to multitask
Team player with a proactive attitude
