Parts Driver

The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership.

• →Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• →Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• →Pick up customer returns
• →Communicate and educate customer on our products
• →Daily collection of credit accounts
• →Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment
• →Operate company vehicles safely in various weather conditions and urban/rural environments, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• →Conduct thorough vehicle pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards
• →When necessary, utilize handheld dollies, forklifts and pallet jacks to transport parts efficiently and safely
• →Refuel vehicles as needed
• →Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• →Handle and transport chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and company guidelines
• →Communicate effectively using hands-free devices to coordinate deliveries
• →Other duties and projects as assigned

• 1-2 years of driving experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract required
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Must be able to lift up 50 lbs
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
