Assistant Golf Professional

The Assistant Golf Professional plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations and member experience at a golf facility. This position is responsible for assisting with golf instruction, managing daily golf activities, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. The Assistant Golf Professional works closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure smooth tournament operations, merchandise sales, and maintenance of the golf shop. This role requires a strong knowledge of the game of golf, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and instruction techniques.
• Previous experience in golf operations, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Certification from the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) or similar recognized golf professional organization.
• Experience with golf shop point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Proven track record of delivering golf instruction or coaching.
