Management Analyst II

PingWind is seeking a Management Analyst II who will provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness, business processes, and mission performance. The Management Analyst will evaluate existing processes, analyze program and operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for government and program leadership. This role works closely with program managers, functional leads, technical personnel, and government stakeholders to support planning, reporting, requirements management, process improvement, documentation, and performance monitoring. The Management Analyst will directly contribute to improving program efficiency, operational effectiveness, decision-making, and overall mission performance.

•   Minimum of 7 years of experience
