✓Be a graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field.

✓Be a graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency.

✓Have 3-5 years supervisory experience in social services; preferably in case management services.

✓2+ years' experience with waivered Case Management (CADI, DD, AC/EW).

✓Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as determined by Pinnacle Services policy. Applicants must have a vehicle that is covered with current insurance. Applicants must successfully clear local and/or stated background checks.

✓Ability to work from our office with remote flexibility 1 day per week after 90 days.

✓LSW or higher BOSW credential.
