Dough Delivery Driver

HIRING AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS!!

Starting pay rate is $12.00/hr.

Pizza King is in search of a hard-worker who has a passion for quality, production, and timely delivery to be a Dough Delivery Driver. Creating an amazing pizza is only the beginning at Pizza King. We make our pizza by hand, from scratch, every day. We care about what we put into our food, just like we care about our employees. Our Dough Delivery Drivers make sure our dough is delivered to select locations in a timely and efficient manner. 

• 18+ years of age
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record

Individual:

• →Deliver Dough to the restaurants 
• →Dispatch promptly to each restaurant and back to the dough room in the same manner
• →Personal stops are prohibited and follow “no rider clause”
• →Ensure all dough is delivered to each restaurant 
• →Operate company Delivery Van in a safe and efficient manner
• →Promptly report any concerns or maintenance issues
• →Capable of finding the best route from the dough room to the restaurants to ensure quick delivery by following all driving laws and regulations. Hands-on food preparation
• →Prepare dough from scratch
• →Strong aptitude for following recipes
• →Package dough for delivery
• →Ability to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixer
• →Maintains established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation as set by the local and state health department; maintains an orderly, sanitary and safe dough room
• →Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• →Ability to safely operate all dough room equipment 
• →Responsible for receiving and storing food and supplies in a safe and approved manner
• →Strong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste is required
• →Obtain a complete knowledge of procedures and follow them.

Other

• →Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value when not delivering 
• →Work in assigned stations as directed by the person in charge; 1. Batches, 2. Cut & Ball, 3. Sheeting, 4. Stacking, 5. Dough Pulls
• →Complete all assigned cleaning and prep-work
• →Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor

Physical Requirements:

• →Able to work in a sitting position, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
• →Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• →Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• →Attendance at work is required.
• →Willing and able to deliver in inclement weather
