Demonstrated passion for process improvement, organizational development, cultural change, conflict management, and both individual and team coaching. Candidates should have proven experience working across all levels of organization including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Train team members on Agile practices and methodologies.
→
Understand client goals and assist in developing an Agile strategy.
→
Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices to improve product flow.
→
Improve delivery team effectiveness through analysis, teaching, facilitation, and impediment removal.
→
Provide strong mentorship, focus on team members and continuous improvement. Create an environment that allows for meaningful collaboration.
→
Assess Agile maturity of teams and coach to higher level of maturity at a sustainable pace.
→
Communicate with stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps and support Agile effectiveness.
→
Help product owner write user stories as needed.
→
Assist teams in estimating user stories.
