They will be responsible for working closely with clients through the entire systems lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation of solutions. Ideal candidates should have a proven background managing data initiatives and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data driven decisions to create products and programs.

  • Demonstrate credibility as an IT partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives.

  • Ability to drive solutions to support data initiatives and make versus buy decisions.

  • Represent the business unit, department, or functional area on cross-functional project teams.

  • Communicate roadmap, strategic decisions, and results to appropriate parties.

  • Identify issues and resolve or escalate as appropriate.

  • Gather, organize, analyze, and report information to improve profitability, reduce costs, and streamline operational processes.

  • Engage in effective ongoing communication with project leaders.

  • Track progress towards achievement of project goals.

  • Facilitate meetings, assignments, and deadlines with key managers, business, and technical resources.

Requirements

  • Experience with data and analytics technologies and platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

  • Must be physically located in the Greater Seattle area.

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in analytics, data architecture, data migration, solution/enterprise architecture, and systems integration.

  • Ability to organize large volumes of data for compilation, analysis, and retrieval.

  • Data governance experience a must.

  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders and confidently present to various organizations and teams.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Enterprise experience with cloud platforms.

  • Knowledge of all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.

  • Experience with complex projects from conception to completion with limited guidance.

  • Knowledge of concepts, techniques, and tools relating to coordinating and tracking projects.

  • Criminal background check required for all employees.

The annual salary range for this position is from $140,000 - $170,000 depending on overall skillset and experience.
