Senior Consultant - Program & Project Management

Plaster Group LLC is a business and technology consulting company. We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join our team and lead our client projects. Senior Consultants lead highly complex projects and phases of complex projects for a business unit, department, or functional area. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional who has the soft skills to navigate competing stakeholder interests, motivate a highly capable delivery team, and implement a quality solution in a timely, predictable manner.

  Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.

  Gather, organize, analyze, and report information in support of projects to improve profitability, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

  Ensure that the project achieves the expected results within time and on budget.

  Maintain project documentation and prepare activity reports on the project's status, timeline, and budgets.

  Ensure effective ongoing communication throughout the project.

• →

  Meet with key project leads and stakeholders to coordinate meetings, assignments, and deadlines.

  Communicate changes to appropriate parties, identify issues, and resolve or escalate as needed.

• →

  Ability to define objectives, scope, resources, and KPIs for projects.
