• Over Time: Time and a Half for anything over 40 hours. All Sundays are double time

• →Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• →Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• →Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• →Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• →Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in any industry. 
• Strong mechanical skills
• Electrical knowledge a plus
