At PMG, our Analytics team is at the heart of turning data into insights that fuel smarter marketing, media, and business decisions. We go beyond surface-level metrics to help teams understand performance, improve measurement, and ensure the data and tools behind those decisions are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
You’ll collaborate with media strategists, analytics leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and client teams to support the analytics data, reporting, measurement workflows, and technology that power our work. You’ll also work closely with PMG’s Alli platform, helping ensure its analytics capabilities and underlying data remain accurate, reliable, and usable for both internal teams and customers.
As an Analytics Senior Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your technical and analytical skills while solving real-world marketing challenges. From maintaining dashboards and analytics logic to troubleshooting data issues and supporting measurement initiatives, your work will help teams confidently use data to make better decisions.
Responsibilities

Support internal teams and customers by ensuring analytics data, reporting, measurement workflows, and Alli platform capabilities remain accurate, reliable, and usable.

Build, maintain, and improve analytics logic, dashboards, reports, trackers, taxonomy, automation, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- →
Support the development and maintenance of analytics solutions across data sourcing, transformation, validation, and visualization.
- →
Build and maintain dbt tests and other data-quality checks to identify issues and improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytics data.
- →
Monitor data sources and resolve freshness, quality, and availability issues, including completing backfills and reloads when needed.
- →
Investigate and troubleshoot reporting, data, platform, and performance issues, remediate alerts, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to drive resolution.

Prepare and deliver accurate data for marketing measurement initiatives, including media mix modeling (MMM), LiftLab, lift studies, and other measurement workflows.

Create and maintain clear media reporting that connects campaign performance to customer actions and business KPIs.

Support Alli platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing analytics capabilities.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Media, Client Strategy, Data Science, and Engineering, to support measurement strategies and analytics solutions aligned with customer objectives.

Coordinate with stakeholders through consultation, documentation, onboarding, training, and ongoing support to improve adoption and usability of analytics tools and workflows.

Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring analytics processes, reporting, and data workflows.
- →
Stay current on marketing measurement, analytics tools, data practices, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
- →
1–3 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience working with SQL to query, transform, validate, and analyze data.

Familiarity with data warehousing platforms such as Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

Experience with or exposure to data transformation and workflow tools such as dbt, including data-quality testing and validation.
- →
Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reports using visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- →
Familiarity with digital marketing, media, or advertising data and an interest in understanding how data supports marketing decision-making.

Exposure to marketing measurement concepts such as media mix modeling, lift testing, incrementality testing, attribution, or experimentation.

Ability to investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot reporting issues, and work across teams to identify and resolve root causes.
- →
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- →
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes, explain analytical concepts, and provide support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with Python or R for analysis, automation, or data workflows is a plus.

Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow automation, taxonomy management, or data quality monitoring is a plus.

Experience working with marketing technology, ad tech, data clean rooms, or measurement platforms is a plus.
