ATM Business Officer

As an ATM Business Officer, you will play a key role in managing the bank’s ATM network, ensuring optimal uptime, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers through reliable self-service banking channels. Requirements B.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance) 2–4 years of experience in ATM operations or electronic banking Good knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and connectivity Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
