Direct Sales Agent Coordinator (DSA Coordinator)

Job Summary The DSA Coordinator is responsible for driving customer acquisition and promoting the Bank's retail banking products and services through the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel. The role involves monitoring agent performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, providing ongoing coaching and support, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve sales targets, enhance productivity, and deliver an excellent customer experience. · Drive the sale of retail banking products and services, including accounts, deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions through the DSA channel. · Monitor and evaluate DSA performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales, acquisition, and funding targets. · Ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory requirements, and the Bank'as policies during customer onboarding and sales activities. · Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and engagement sessions to improve DSA productivity, retention, and customer service delivery. · Prepare and analyze performance reports, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance DSA effectiveness and business outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Good knowledge of banking products, services, and customer onboarding processes. Understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
