POS Business Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic POS Business Officer to join Polaris Bank, one of Nigeria’s leading commercial banks committed to driving financial inclusion through innovative electronic banking solutions. As a POS Business Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network, optimizing POS terminal performance, and delivering exceptional service to our business clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation and activation of POS terminals. Acquire and onboard merchants for POS terminal deployment. Monitor POS performance and transaction volumes. Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention. Resolve technical and operational issues related to POS terminals. Promote usage of POS terminals to drive revenue. Generate reports and analyze transaction trends. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for support and maintenance. Cross-sell other banking products to merchants.
