As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, helping to guide our team to success and keep operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shift Manager to join our Popeyes family! In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, coach and support team members, and ensure our guests enjoy the top-notch service and delicious food they’ve come to expect.

You’ll lead by example, create a positive work environment, and help build a high-performing team — all while keeping an eye on the details that keep the business running smoothly.

• →Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
• →Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
• →Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
• →Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately
• →Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage
• →Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet goals
• →Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the team running strong

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
